About Meraki

Meraki is founded on a simple belief: technology should serve people, not steal from them. Too often, the tools we rely on are noisy, built to keep our attention. We set out to build something different.

We started in consulting, embedding with other teams, helping others think through content and products, writing what needed writing, building what needed building. That taught us what we know, but it also showed us what we wanted to make under our own name.

The word meraki is Greek. It’s what you leave in something when you make it with your whole self — care, a little love, a bit of yourself in the thing itself. There’s no clean English equivalent, which is why we took it. It sets a high bar. We don’t always clear it, but it’s the one we aim at.

We make quiet products. Products that respect your time and attention. That do their job beautifully in the background. That leave space for clarity and creativity.

Our team is small by design. We obsess over details most people never see, because we believe restraint is a feature, not a limitation.

We’re not here to add more. We’re here to remove the unnecessary and the distracting. To make room for what’s real.
